Granting/Revoking role of user

To grant or revoke role of an user, you can use scripts/userrole.php

Granting role of administrator to an user of nick name new_admin:

php scripts/userrole.php -n new_admin -r administrator -v

Revoking role of administrator to an user of nick name old_admin:

php scripts/userrole.php -d -n new_admin -r administrator -v

An user with role of administrator will see 'Admin' section after login.

Other than administrator, there are also roles of owner, moderator, sandboxed, silenced and deleted. I don't know what will effect on users with those roles.
